Lucrez în domeniul construcțiilor din 2007. În cadrul Visio Construction Works, am ocupat rolul de Technical Manager începând cu anul 2017, iar din 2022 până în 2025 am condus compania ca General Manager. Am coordonat simultan până la patru proiecte, gestionând echipele de execuție, relația cu beneficiarii și fluxurile financiare. Totodată, am proiectat și implementat sistemele și procedurile interne de lucru utilizate de echipe. I have worked in construction since 2007. At Visio Construction Works I was Technical Manager from 2017, and from 2022 to 2025 I ran the company as General Manager. I coordinated up to four projects at the same time, managing the execution teams, the relationship with clients and the financial flows. I also designed and implemented the internal systems and procedures the teams work with.
Coordonez proiecte direct, de la faza de ofertare până la recepție și predare (până la 4 proiecte în paralel). I run projects directly, from tendering to reception and handover (up to 4 projects in parallel).
Structurez bugete și oferte, monitorizez costurile reale în raport cu targetul asumat și analizez profitabilitatea netă pentru fiecare șantier. I structure budgets and offers, monitor real costs against the committed target, and analyse the net profitability of each site.
Coordonez activitatea echipelor din subordine (recrutare, onboarding, evaluare, alocare resurse pe șantiere și pontaj). I coordinate the teams under me: recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, allocation of people to sites, and timesheets.
Gestionez comunicarea cu beneficiarii și partenerii strategici pentru atragerea de noi proiecte. I manage communication with clients and strategic partners, to bring in new projects.
Definesc procedurile operaționale pentru a asigura un standard unitar de execuție în toate proiectele. I define the operating procedures, to keep one execution standard across all projects.
Când situația o cere, preiau activități de inginerie: liste de cantități (BOQ) și desene, cereri de ofertă și analize comparative, contractare subcontractori, comenzi și stocuri, aprobări de facturi, clarificări (RFI), aprobări de materiale (FAM), situații de lucrări (IPC) și Cartea Tehnică a Construcției. When the situation requires it, I take over engineering tasks: bills of quantities (BOQ) and drawings, offer requests and comparative analyses, subcontractor contracts, orders and stock, invoice approvals, clarifications (RFI), material approvals (FAM), interim payment certificates (IPC) and the Construction Technical Book.

Un sistem integrat conceput pe baza fluxurilor mele de lucru și dezvoltat cu ajutorul AI. Platforma aliniază echipele tehnice și manageriale la aceleași proceduri digitale, urmărind ciclul real al unui șantier: de la ofertă și BOQ, la referate de necesar, tablouri comparative, contracte, comenzi, recepții și aprobări de facturi, până la cash-flow, registrul de contracte și modulul de HR. An integrated system designed around my own workflows and developed with the help of AI. The platform puts the technical and management teams on the same digital procedures and follows the real cycle of a site: from offer and BOQ, to purchase requisitions, comparison tables, contracts, orders, receptions and invoice approvals, up to cash flow, the contract register and the HR module.
Implementare: rulează pe server privat, utilizează exclusiv componente open-source, cu interfață multilingvă (Română, Engleză, Turcă). Deployment: runs on a private server, uses open-source components only, with a multilingual interface (Romanian, English, Turkish).
Editor oferte: structurat pe categorii, capitole și articole; management materiale și manoperă; comparativ ofertă vs. cost de execuție. Offer editor: structured by categories, chapters and items; materials and labour; offer against execution cost.
Cost control: monitorizare lună de lună: ofertă, buget aprobat, profit, cheltuieli reale și rest de executat. Cost control: month-by-month monitoring: offer, approved budget, profit, real spend and what is left to execute.
Flux aprobare facturi: sistem ierarhic pe 4 niveluri, cu trasabilitate completă și istoric al deciziilor. Invoice approval flow: a four-level hierarchy, with full traceability and a history of decisions.

Sistem intern de management și partajare de fișiere instalat pe un server Linux, dotat cu panou web de administrare. Am proiectat și dezvoltat atât platforma, cât și ghidul complet de utilizare. Drepturile de acces și structura sunt gestionate de manageri, utilizatorii având vizibilitate strict pe proiectele alocate. Include logare completă a acțiunilor și backup zilnic automatizat cu istoric de 15 zile. An internal file management and sharing system installed on a Linux server, with a web administration panel. I designed and developed both the platform and its complete user guide. Access rights and structure are managed by managers, and users see strictly the projects assigned to them. It includes full logging of actions and automated daily backup with a 15-day history.
2022
Mini-ERP conceput și proiectat de mine la nivel de arhitectură și fluxuri, dezvoltat ulterior de o companie software terță pentru Visio Construction Works (unde este utilizat activ și în prezent). Sistemul a eliminat dependența de fișierele Excel, centralizând costurile pe șantiere, soldurile furnizorilor, comenzile de materiale, recepțiile, stocurile și consumurile. A mini-ERP conceived and designed by me at the level of architecture and workflows, later developed by a third-party software company for Visio Construction Works, where it is still actively used today. The system removed the dependence on Excel files, centralising costs per site, supplier balances, material orders, receptions, stock and consumption.

Companie proprie pentru colaborare B2B, monitorizare lucrări, bugete, ofertare și cost control pentru proiecte din București. Din august 2024, ofer servicii de consultanță și management tehnic pentru Visio Construction Works prin intermediul firmei. My own company for B2B collaboration: works monitoring, budgets, tendering and cost control for projects in Bucharest. Since August 2024 I have provided consulting and technical management services to Visio Construction Works through the company.
